Halloween Decorating

So we decided to do a little Halloween decorating outside the house. It's not much, but it's a start. I figure on November 1st, we'll be back at Target buying everything Halloween related at 50%. That way, next year we can really deck the house out..

First, feel free to mock our quick half ass attempt at a scarecrow... It's not very scary, but I'm not really sure what to do to make it more scary..
Here you can see the outside of the house. We have a couple of ghosts hanging from the porch and some lit up fake pumpkins and skulls on the stairs...

Gotta have the two foot spider weaving it's web right?

And here again are the stairs. Bets on whether or not someone trips on the middle light?

This is only a warm up to Christmas by the way... I can't wait for that.
