Anyone catch McCain on Letterman last night? (might be able to find it on Hulu.com) Of course I can’t stay awake that late, so thanks to the wonder of technology, we recorded it and I watched it before work this morning. Funny, awkward, tense, light, all at the same time. Letterman wasn’t afraid to call him out on some stuff, and McCain gave some pretty good responses. Although someone’s gotta get McCain a better joke writers because most of his went over like a lead balloon.. just no reaction from the crowd at all…
So the wife and I have the parenting class for the adoption this weekend. I’m hoping to learn a few things, but we’ll see. I’m hoping that they go over CPR or things of that nature, because that’s always a good thing to know..

Have fun at the classes. If they don't have cpr, you should check out the local hospital. Other recommended classes are "how to take care of a baby" and "what to expect from a newborn" (what they look like, etc.). Our hospital also offers a car and general safety class and we are debating whether to take that or not.
