Why? I Just Don't Understand..

So it happened this morning... something I've been dreading for a while now. Something just completely uncalled for. I walked into the the locker at the gym and a guy walked by me towards the shower with the towel over his shoulder, not around his waist! I just don't understand this, why is this ok?!?!? When in a locker room, the towel goes around your waist people! If your shoulder is that cold, get a second towel! I appreciate your self confidence, but I really don't need you to flaunt it, especially at 6:30 in the morning...
